USPAP related valuation services are typically provided based upon the following hourly rate schedule:

Philip F. Wood	$300 per hour

Senior Consultants:	$225 per hour
Researchers:	$100 to $150 per hour

Non USPAP related real estate services are typically provided based upon a negotiated fee basis.
